Showings 7 Days a Week – We show your property 7 days a week between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, which means we rent your property faster.

 

Thorough Screening Process – We run a comprehensive 6-point check that includes credit, criminal, eviction, rental history, employment, and income verification, along with a photo ID to ensure you get a high quality tenant.

 

Online Application Process – While others require prospective tenants to schedule an appointment in person, we verify prospects using our online application within 24-48 hours.

 

24/7 Maintenance Call Center – Our 24/7 maintenance call center is available to all tenants to ensure that you don’t have to deal with the after-hours emergencies.

 

Owner Reporting and Online Portal – We provide detailed monthly and annual reporting to owners and on-demand reporting at any time via our owner portal.

 

Fast Auto Deposit – We distribute owner/investor funds on or before the 15th of each month via ACH Deposit.

 

Easy Bill Pay – We combine all your bills on one easy to read statement. Invoicing and payment is all electronic through the owner portal.

 

No Up-Charging or Hidden Fees – We do not upcharge for maintenance or anything else. Our payment structure is very straight-forward so what you see is what you get.

On-Time Rent – Unlike other companies who keep all or half of your late fees, we prioritize collecting rent on time with a proactive approach. We only keep 10% of late fees to account for our preemptive notification systems which gets money in your pocket quicker.

 

Mobile Friendly Website – Our comprehensive website with full tenant and owner portals is mobile friendly, which is important since 40% of tenants and owners search via mobile phone.

 

Multiple Ways to Pay – We make it as easy as possible for our tenants to pay rent. They have the option to pay online via the tenant portal, pay by money order drop off to any participating local CVS or Family Dollar, or pay in-person to our drop box at our centrally located office.
