Our “Realtor First” Promise is an ethical agreement
we require our entire staff to follow. In the event the owner decides to list the referred property for sale, we promise to notify
the referring real estate agent immediately from the time Sage is made aware of the owner’s desire to sell said property. We will make every effort to connect
the referring real estate agent and the property owner. We even guarantee in our contract with you that in the rare event the owner desires to list said property for sale with one of our agents, the referring real estate agent will be paid a sales commission of 2% of the sale price at the time of the closing.*
